With Brain Meets Brawn we want to keep all of those great features and add a few extra on top. Through our personal training services we will emphasize biomechanics, injury prevention, and pain management while preserving the motivation and intensity needed to achieve our toughest fitness goals.
Corrective Exercising for Injury Prevention
Low-impact exercises with an emphasis on concentric, eccentric, and isometric control
Heavy verbal cueing to maintain proper biomechanics
Improve kinesthetic awareness, proprioception, and body strength

Brain Meets Brawn can offer a private gym experience not found anywhere else in the Metro Detroit area. Enjoy all of the amenities offered to our personal training and group fitness members at an affordable monthly price. Our private gym memberships can enjoy near 24-hour access with a simplified scheduling system through Mind Body. For more information please contact us here.
Memberships are currently limited and a wait list is available. Please send us your information to be placed on a wait list. Additionally, private gym membership is limited to one (1) session per day and can be scheduled no more than 72 hours out. Brain Meets Brawn will also continue to honor its commitment to personal training and group fitness instruction which can result in limited gym access during prime time hours (usually 4:00 - 7:00 PM). Hours are subject to change.
